RASPBERRY MUFFINS

2 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
dash salt
1 large egg - beaten
3 tbsp butter ( melted)
3/4 cup milk
1 cup fresh raspberries

Preheat Oven to 375
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the egg, butter and milk together.
Fold wet ingredients into dry.

Fold raspberries gently into batter. Grease muffin tins and fill 3/4 full.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes about 1 dozen.
