Spicy Beef & Spinach Burritos

8 flour tortillas
1 1/4lb lean ground beef
10oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1c hot and chunky salsa
1/2c shredded Mexican blend
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1tbs + 1tsp chili powder
1/2tsp ground cumin
Preheat oven to 350º. 

Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven 10 min. Keep warm til ready to use. 

In skillet, add beef and garlic and cook stirring constantly to crumble til no pink remains. Drain fat. Add spinach, salsa, powder, and cumin to beef. Stir to mix well. Cook 3-5 min or til heated through. Remove skillet from heat and stir in cheese. 

Spoon filling into tortillas and eat!
