South of Border Sausage Balls

1 lb Bob Evans Sausage
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg beaten
3 tbs fresh cilantro
1 tbs ground cumin
1.5 cups chunky salsa

Combine all ingredients except salsa in bowl until well blended.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook in skillet until brown ( medium heat).
Drain off drippings - add salsa and bring to boil. Simmer on low
another 10 minutes. Serve Hot.
