Salsa Lentejas | Salsa Lentils

Ingredients:

•1 cup cooked USA red lentils (about 1/2 cup dry)
•8 Roma tomatoes, diced
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•1/2 tsp. lemon juice
•1 cup diced red onion
•1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
•2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve with chips or as a topping for chicken or beef.
