GERMAN POUND CAKE
2 cups and 2 tbsp sifted flour
2 sticks sweet butter ( soft)
3/4 cup sour cream
5 whole eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp milk ( more if needed)
1 pkg non-instant vanilla pudding
1/2 lemon ( squeeze for juice)
1 whole lemon worth of lemon zest
( optional - some rum)
Combine ingredients into bread pan.
Cook @ 300 for 90 minutes
Cold Oven at start
