Jack's Firehouse Chile ( Betty Collection)

2# ground beef
2 med onions chopped
1 qt cold water
4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground red pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground allspice
3 tsp chili powder
4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp sugar
1 hershey chocolate bar
2 tsp black pepper
2- 16oz kidney beans
2 - 16oz tomato sauce
1 - 12 oz can tomato paste
1- 12 oz can beer ( optional)

Directions:
Crumble ground beef into cold water in a large pot. Add onions and bring to boil. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil a second time. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours, uncovered. Stir frequently!
