Classic Herbed Chicken
Ingredients
1 celery stalk
1 medium chicken breast boneless skinless
4 tbsp kraft signature classic herb salad dressing
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup peppers, red, green, any color
1/3 cup onions
1 cup white rice or brown rice
2 cups water
Directions
makes 4 cups per serving. place chicken in pan with water and kraft classic herb dressing, chop vegetables add into pan. simmer on medium heat for 30-45 minutes until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender or crispy your choice. serve over rice.
