Quick Hot Fudge Sauce

2 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
In heavy 2 qt. saucepan combine all ingredients except vanilla.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with whisk, until
sauce is smooth & slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Serve warm over ice cream or desserts.
Makes about 1½ cups.
