Orange- Ginger Chef's Prime Pork Roast
1 2-4 pound boneless pork loin roast
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Roast pork in shallow pan at 350° basting with glaze every 10 minutes during last 30 minutes. Cook until roast reaches
155-160°.
