Swiss Strawberry Soup

2 pints fresh strawberries

Set 1 -
1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tsp quick cooking tapioca
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp allspice

Set 2 -
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated orange or lemon rind

Wash and hull berries. Puree. Add set 1 and stir.
Pour into casserole dish and microwave 5-6 min. Stir in set 2. Chill, covered
