Swiss Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients

2 thin slices swiss cheese shopping list
4 bonless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
4 Tbsp flour shopping list
salt shopping list
pepper shopping list
1 Tbsp butter shopping list
1 cup chicken broth shopping list
1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
How to make it

Melt butter in skillet. Salt & pepper chicken to taste and dredge in flour.
Cook chicken in butter browning on both sides.
Add broth, wine and oregano to skillet.
Increase heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly and sauce is slightly thickened, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Cut cheese in half and place on each chicken breast, cover until cheese is melted and serve.
